The Lydia Project is a family — of founders, board members, pastors, caregivers, and friends who share one calling: to serve the most vulnerable in Cambodia so they might encounter the love of God. From our board in the United States to our leaders on the ground in Cambodia, every person here plays a part in that story.
Our Founders
The Lydia Project began in 2008 with two couples who said yes: Bob & Kay Petrik and Rob & Stephanie Corley. What started with a single act of compassion — feeding 28 hungry children near Battambang — grew into the collective of ministries the Lydia Project is today. We remember Kay Petrik with deep love and gratitude; her heart for Cambodia's children helped begin all of this.

Our Advisory Team in Cambodia
The heart of the Lydia Project beats in Cambodia. Our leaders and caregivers there are the hands and feet of this ministry — pastors, teachers, house parents, and mentors who love the people they serve. With decades of ministry experience and deep roots in their own communities, they carry this work forward with joy every single day.
